schloessli-restaurant.ch is dedicated to research of lasting value, spanning fundamental questions and practical applications. We look for work that is original, technically sound and of interest to a wide readership.
The journal also carries reviews, perspectives and commentary written by leading researchers.
Editorial policies
- Research manuscripts are sent to at least two independent reviewers.
- Content is published open access under the CC BY 4.0 licence.
- Copyright stays with the author(s).
